Models for the new country have been added:

• Germany 
• France 

 For Germany, it looks like the country have passed an infection peak as the first in Europe


Hope that in the next few days we could see this for other countries.

USA model

SIR model for the USA have been added. Data begin from 22/02/2020.
Black dots - confirmed death data (base on the Johns Hopkins CSSE). This data is only lower limit of the recovered curve.

SIR model for the United Kingdom is now available.
Also new features have been added to help better understand the plots.

SIR model of the coronavirus epidemic.

There is an available simple epidemiological model that allows for everyone to try to simulate COVID-19 epidemic. It is called the SIR model without vital dynamics. The full information about the theory of the SIR model you can find in Wikipedia.

Go to the SIR model page and choose the country form a list.

Initial parameters for fit are set only for the illustrative purpose. 

Please remember that this is only this model is simplified. Interpretation of the fit is up to you, but you can share it or comment as you wish.
